摘要:
本文分析了晶体管自激多谐振荡器用作双侧同步分频电路的一般理论和分频稳定性,并考虑基极电压变化规律来确定最佳分频的工作状态和运用点,同时对同步脉冲的引入问题亦作了原理性补充,还提出了振荡于第二类状态下的自激多谐振荡器可获得高稳定性的分频,以及此类双侧同步分频电路的设计方法。实验结果与理论计算基本上是一致的。
Abstract:
Summary This paper analyzes the working principle and stability of a transistor mul- tivibrator operating as a frequency divider,with both sides being synchronized by the input signal.It is found that the frequency division stability of this circuit can further be increased when the multivibrator operates in the second class of oscillating condition,and that the optimum operating point is best determined from the actual base voltage changing characteristic.Some additional mothods of synchronization are studied.Finally,the methods of circuit design are given. Experimental results coincide fairly well with theoretical analysis.
