摘要:
本文收集国內各地部分水泥混凝土路面有关資料,加以分析与研究,对水泥混凝土路面的設計与施工,提出了若干建議性意見,其中包括面版厚度、底层与接縫等。对摻有塑化剂和加气剂的混凝土,进行了室內試驗研究,結果认为混凝土經加入这些外摻剂后,有很大优点,其中主要是:可以减除混凝土在养生期中的收縮裂縫,而且它的抗水、抗冻和耐久性等可以得到提高。最后,本文对八种水泥混凝土路面結构計算公式,进行了分析与研究,认为几乎所有这些公式都对行車密度和基础强度对于混凝土路面版工作的影响,考虑得不够。因此,作者认为有必要进一步研究出一种更合理更精确的公式,用以設計水泥混凝土路面的厚度。
Abstract:
In this paper, the writer gives the results of a survey of concrete pavements built in various places in China. After a careful study of the results of this survey, he presents some proposals for the design and construction of concrete pavement, including its thickness, subbase, subgrade, joints, etc. Tests of concrete with admixtures of plasticizers and air-entraining agents were made in laboratory. From the results of the tests, the writer finds out that there are many advantages of the admixtures, such as, reducing the contraction cracks during the curing period of concrete, and improving the durability and resistances to pacolation and freezing of concrete. In the last part of this paper, different formulae for design of the thickness of concrete pavement given by eight authors were reviewed. After a careful study and discussion of these formulae, the writer points out that in almost all these existing formulae, the consideration of the influences of traffic density and bearing capacity of subbase and subgrade to the performance of the concrete pavement is insufficient, therefor, he hopes to work out more refined and rational formula for the design of the thickness of conerete pavement.
