摘要:
作者对几种亚共晶和共晶铝硅合金的加锑变质处理进行了较系统的试验,报导了加锑变质处理的优点和工艺方法,提出了它的适用范围;并用热分析法测得铝硅合金在采用不同变质方法(钠和锑)时的凝固曲线,指出了它们的特征,可据此判断合金融液的成分范围和变质程度;并对加锑变质的机理提出了初步的看法。
Abstract:
The author made a series of experiments on several hypo-eutectic and eutectic Al—Si alloys by the addition of Sb.On the basis of experimental results an appropriate method of Sb—treatment is proposed, and its field of applica.ion is suggested. The cooling curves of some Al—Si alloys treated with different elements (viz. Na and Sb) are obtained. According to the ckaracteristics of these curves it is possible to estimate the range of composition and the degree of adulteration of the molten metal. The author also presents his ideas on the mechanism of Sb—treatment.
