摘要:
微波取样锁相固态源已成为现代通信、微波频率合成器中的一个关键性部件。本文叙述了它的工作原理,着重讨论了取样鉴相器,给出了它的数学表示式和相位模型方框图,也分析了环路滤波器和压控振荡器。
Abstract:
Phase-locking solid-state microwave oscillator is an important unit in modern communication and microwave freguency sythesizer. Its principle of operation is explained in this paper. Mathematical representation of the phase-detector and block diagram of the phase model are given. The loop filter and the voltage-controlled oscillator are also discussed.
