摘要:
本文提出了机床上各种结构件的振动特性的电子计算机计算方法。在力学和数学分析的基础上,采用有限无法对机床床身的两种模型和C616型车床床身进行了振动特性的计算、由于所编程序具有一定的通用性,所以各类机床或其它机器的底座、床身、立柱及箱体等薄板组成的零件或薄壳类型的零件的振动特性包括固有频率(基频及前几阶低频)及其相应的振型都能计算,因而在设计阶段就能根据草图进行多方案的计算对比,作出定量分析和科学论证,从而获得优越的振动特性的设计方案。
Abstract:
This paper presents the method of computer-aided calculation of various machine tool structures. We compute the vibration characteristics of two differnt models of lathe bed and a real bed of lathe C616 by means of finite element method. Owing to the flexibility of the program the vibration performance, including natural freguencies and corresponding modes of vibration of various types of machine tool structures, such as beds, columns, cross-rails and box-type bodies, etc. formed by thin plates and ribs or even thin-walled shells can be calculated. Therefore it is possible in the design stage to calculate and to compare the preliminary designs according to the layouts. Also quantitative analysis and scientific demenstration can be made to obtain the excellent design for vibration performance.
