摘要:
本文首次提出了建立逻辑矩阵来解决液压系统逻辑设计的方法,叙述了逻辑矩阵的运算规则、分解法以及逻辑矩阵有解的条件。本文还叙述了如何使用“调度矩阵”来整理、简化已求得的矩阵解,说明了由矩降画液压系统图的步骤和方法。文中最后列举了两个具体例子,并对细节作了补充解释。
Abstract:
This paper puts forward, for the first time, a novel method using matrix of logic design of machine-tool hydraulic systems. The formation, operation and decomposition of such matrixes are discussed, and the decomposibility of matrix verified. The paper also shows how to simplify a set of decomposed matrixes by means of "Switching Matrix", and how to transform it back into hydraulic system layout. The paper ends with two practical examples with supplementary explainations.
