摘要:
本文提出了一种凹槽石英放电管结构,并对激光器的运转特性作了研究。获得平均激光功率0.7瓦、体积能量密度1.46μJ/cm~3、总体效率0.16%和连续运转170小时的结果。
Abstract:
This papers presents a configuration of all-quartz discharge tube with concave tanks, and its laser operating characteristics is investigated. Average output power of 0.7w, output energy densities of 1.46μJ/cm~3 overall efficiency of 0.12% and operating time of 170 hours are obtained.
