摘要:
本文以带有自然循环锅炉的20万瓩机组为例,说明了它的动态数学模型,并根据数字计算机得出的结果、示出几种操作量改变后机组主要参量的动态过程,加以讨论。当燃料量一次跃变后,蒸汽压力和汽机功率的响应很慢,而在过渡过程中汽温变化率对机组的某些部件可能达到危险的程度;如果同时改变汽机调门的开度,上述情况会得到很大的改善。对于将以变压方式运行的自然循环锅炉,本文内容可供参考。
Abstract:
Taking a 200MW unit with a natural-circulation boiler as an example, this paper presents a model of boiler dynamics.Based upon the results of calcul-ation on a digital computer, the transient behaviors of the unit are discussed.For a step change in fuel flow rate only, the steam pressure and turbine out-put respond very slowly.But the rate of change in stearin temperature in the transient process may be dangerous for certain thick-walled elements.The situ-ation can be improved to a large extent by a simultaneous change in the tur-bine governor valve position.It is suggested that all these facts should be consi-dered for a natural circulation boiler to be operated in the variable-pressure mode.
