摘要:
本文说明了磨削工艺参数对表面光洁度的影响,为了更有效地进行试验研究,运用了试验设计、方差分析和回归分析等数理统计方法。通过正交试验分清各影响因素的主次。运用响应面法及回归正交设计寻求各工艺参数对磨削表面光洁度影响的规律。通过试验进一步证实了修正砂轮时的走刀量对磨削表面光洁度的影响最为显著。得到了各参数的较好水平组合,取得了磨削工艺参数与磨削表面粗糙度间的简单线性回归模型,对生产实际应用有一定的指导意义。
Abstract:
In this paper, the effect of technological parameters of grinding on surface finish is discussed. Mathematical statisical methods such us experimental design, analysis of variance and regression analysis have been used to make the experimental investigtions more effective, Different importance of influencing factors have been revealed by weans of orthogonal experiments. Applying the response surface methodlogy and design of regressive orthogonality, we have tried to find cut the rule of the effect of different technological parameters an ground surface finish. Tnrough these experiments it has further been proved that the dressing feed has the greatest effect on the ground surface finish. Better combination of diffrent parameters as well as the simple linear regression model of the relationship between the technological parameter of grinding and ground surface roughness have been obtained, which would be instructiue in some degree in practice.
