摘要:
本文阐述了滚转杆式人造假肢膝关节的工作原理,对弹簧压缩量、阻力矩和曲面之间的关系进行了实验和分析,提出了合理的阻力矩变化曲线。本文着重论述按给定阻力矩变化曲线设计曲面的作图法和解析法,推导出全部有关计算公式,并讨论了曲面设计的限制条件。最后还介绍了一种经过改进的膝关节曲面。
Abstract:
The working principle of the knee in an artificial limb of the rolling lever-type is interpreted in this paper. Experiments and analyses for the relationship among compressive quantity of spring, resistance moment and curved surface have been conducted and a proposal for reasonable varying curve of resistance moment is offered. The emphasis of the paper is to treat the design of the plotting method and analytical method for the curved surface according to a given varying curve of resistance moment. All about the calculating expressions related are deduced and the conditions to be restricted for the design of curved surface are discussed. Finally, an improved curved surface of the knee is recommended.
