摘要:
在工业厂房中,有些重级工作制钢吊车梁,使用不久在腹板与上翼缘的连接焊缝及附近腹板上出现纵向疲劳裂缝,以至丧失承栽能力。国内外很多研究工作者对此进行了大量调查研究,但至今对导致钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳破坏的主要机理看法很不一致。本文对有关钢吊车梁上部区域疲劳破坏机理的不同论点作了分析比较。对三根偏心荷载疲劳试验梁的试验情况和结果作了介绍和分析。
Abstract:
In some heavy-duty steel crane ranway girders used in factory buildings thare are often found longitudinal cracks after a few years of service and these girders eventually lose their carrying capacities.These cracks usually occur in the welds connecting the top flange and the web,also in the web in the vicinity of the juncture.Many investigations and research works concerning this problem have been conducted in our country and abroad.But up to now there are quite different views on the mechanism of these fatigue cracks deve- loping and producing fatigue failure in the upper part of the crane girders.In this paper,however,comparative studies for these different views together with the fatigue test results of three steel crane girders under eccentric loading are made.On the basis of these analyses the authors propose their own view on the fatigue crack mechanism.
