摘要:
本文讨论用磨削火花温度作为讯号,在“在线”条件下,对加工表面质量及工件尺寸精度进行监控或控制的问题。文章首先介绍我院与北京钢铁学院共同研制的HWX—Ⅱ小目标红外测温仪原理,然后阐述用时间序列分析建立数学模型的方法研究证明,磨削火花温度是平稳的随机过程,在不同磨削条件下,用红外测量的磨削火花温度的规律与磨削区温度的规律基本一致,在不同磨削条件下,其频谱特性相同。对磨削火花温度系统而言,采用AR(6)、AR(7)、AR(8)是可行的。
Abstract:
This paper discusses an approach of using the temperature of grinding sparks as a signal for on-iine condition to control or monitor the surface integrity and dimensional accuracy. Description is made of an instrument for measuring temperature developed by our Institute and Beijing Institute of Iron and Steel, which is used for gathering signals from the grinding sparks, and then a presentation of the methodology for building the mathematical models via the time series analysis is given. The results of the investigation prove that the temperature of grinding sparks is a stationary stochastic process, the regularity of temperature by the infrared instrument quite agree with the basic regularity of grinding, and the spectra via the methodology of time series analysis have the same regularity under different grinding conditions. Adequate models AR (6), AR (7), and AR (8) for the temperature of grinding sparks are available.
