Abstract:
The article from the viewpoint of mathematical theory, proposes a new method of pattern processing for the programming technology used in two numerical control machines being widely used in China and foreign countries. The transformation of circular arc and line segmant is based on the theory of motion, i. e. abstractly unifying the different combinations of pattern cross points and fitting circular arc centers as well as the transfomation of noncircuar curves into the L L form (lines intersecting), The article proposes a new mathematical concept describing and verifying quantitatively the processes of posotive and negative circular are and line sagmant transformtions with the aid of circle beam transformation theory so as to establish a unified circle and line formula-C. L. Formula. It also employs a symbolic hexagonal mode in order to favour memorization.
