摘要:
本文应用光学显微镜,扫描电镜,X射线衍射研究了不同来源的LiNbO_3X切质子交换波导,并用Germain方法处理了实验数据。实验表明除去交换的温度、时间以外,LiNbO_3材料来源不同也是影响质子交换结果(波导有效折射率,模数,衬底光学质量)的一个因素。由N_e^2~P^2直线关系,表明Germain方法不仅适用于由溅射而得到的均匀波导,也适用于LiNbO_3质子交换波导,并求出了相应参数Δn,a。
Abstract:
The proton exchanged wawguides which were made of two groups of X-cut E_iN_bO_3 from different places are investigated. Besides proton exchange temperature and time, experiments show that the L_iN_bO_3 itself affeets the effective refractive index, mode numbers of waveguide and optical quality of substrate. germain’s method can not only b(?)applied to uniform waveguide, but also to proton exchanged waveguide in L_iN_bO_3.
