摘要:
本文叙述了40Cr合金结构钢在调质处理状态(HRC28)下,经磨削加工后表面质量的变化规律。在磨削试验中,除按照生产中常用的刚玉砂轮及常用的磨削条件外,还用了人造金刚石砂轮、立方氮化硼砂轮及其相应的磨削条件。磨削后,就其表面状态、表面光洁度、表面显微组织、表面显微硬度及表面应力等项目进行了观察、测试与分析讨论。
Abstract:
Alloy steel 40Cr quenched and tempered to HRC 28 was chosen to investigate the regularities of the change of surface integrity after grinding. In addition to the usual aluminum oxide wheel and general grinding condition, artificial diamond wheel, cubic boron nitride wheel and two variations of grin ding condition were also used in the test. Surface macro-and lnicrostrueture, surface finish, surface raicrohardness and residual stress in the surface layer after grinding with three different kinds of wheel and three variations of grinding condition have been studied. Theoretical analysis is made.
