摘要:
本文指出,关于具有对称式卸荷槽的直齿齿轮泵的理论流量问题,尤全在“齿轮油泵”一书中提出的计算方法和结果是错误的。对此,作者做出了正确而简捷的分析与计算。同时,对双作用叶片泵叶片数对理论流量脉动的影响,提出了不同的观点,井据此提出了不同的选取叶片数的基本公式。此外,本文较详尽地讨论了三隔叶片式叶片泵理论流量的分析与计算。
Abstract:
In this paper, a correct analysis and computation on the theoretical displa cement of the spur-gear pump with symmetrical relief caves has been made with a very simple and direct method. The author find out that there exist some mistakes in the method given by Yugun in his book "Gear pump", and that the results obtained in the book may be wrong. The author also shows a different point of view about the influence of the vane number of balance vane pump on the flow fluctuation of the theoretical displacement. Based on the new viewpoint, a different formula for choicing vane number is brought forward. Moreover, about the vane pump with three separate vanes a detail discussion is made, and the method of analysing and computing the theoretical displacement of the pump is given.
