摘要:
负电晕极化的聚丙烯薄膜存在有表面电荷和试料体内分布电荷。本论文首次提出了使用抵消电场法测出试料的总电量,再用热刺激电流法测出试料体内的电荷,实验结果表明在表面电荷为4×10^{-8}C/cm^2的范围内,由于试料表面的导电涂布,不会改变试料内部的电荷分布,因而可将注入电荷和表面电荷分离。实验结果还给出了注入电荷的平均距离及注入电荷所占总电荷的比例等,该研究对于驻极体及利用带电体静电作用的实际器件的使用和研究也有着具体的指导意义。
Abstract:
The charge of the negative corona charged polypropylene film either distributes on the surface and exists in the inner substance. In this paper, these charges are measured and devided. The total charge in the film is measured by the method of compensation of the electric field. In the lower range of the corona charges (the induced charge σ, on one surface of the film is less than 4×10^{-8} C/cm^2), the metal coating on the film do not influence the charge distribution in it. In this range both surfaces of the film are coated with metal and then the inner charge of it is measured by the Thermally Stimulated Current, From these experiments, it is found that about 90% of the total charge of the film is the inner one.
