摘要:
大容量高参数的直流锅炉单元机组是一个十分复杂的调节对象。根据电厂的实际情况,本文提出了改造的给水燃烧调节系统,并通过分析和模拟试验确定了调节器的整定参数值。文中还对汽压和温度调节系统间的联系作了分析和模拟,得出了各个比例系数的合理数据。此外,对功率给定前馈也作了试验。取得的所有结果,对实际工作是有用的。
Abstract:
The once-through boiler of large capacity and high parameters is a very complex unit to be controlled. On the basis of the practical situation, this paper presents an inproved control system for feedwater and combustion, and decides the adjustable parameters of the regulators through analysis and simulation. In this article is also made analysis and simulation of the connection between steam pressure and temperature control systems. Available value of each proportional coefficient is obtained. Besides, the test for forward-feedback of a given power has been made too. All results are of practical use.
