摘要:
本文从电磁场理论出发,导出了计算体磁极化激元的能量密度的一般公式,此式包括了已知的由点阵动力学导出的一些结果。对单轴铁磁体,计算了在Voigt位形和Faraday位形下的磁极化激元的强度函数,并由此建议了探测这种体磁极化激元的方法。
Abstract:
The general formula of the energy density associated with the bulk magnetic polaritons in uniaxial crystals is deduced from electromagnetic theory, the known results from the theory of lattical dynamics are included in this formula as Special examples. For an uniaxial ferromagnet the strength functions of the bulk magnetic polaritons are given both in Voigt configuration and Faraday configuration, and the experimental method is suggested to probe the magneticpolaritons.
