摘要:
本文利用多次反射法对单管微波混频器进行非线性分析,得到了混频器本征二极管上的电压、电流波形。在此基础上,求得小信号变换矩阵,计算混频器的变频损耗和噪声系数。上述非线性和线性分析包含在一个计算程序中。利用此程序研究了非线性电容引起的参量效应对混频器性能的影响,且与正弦激励本征二极管的情况比较,得出几点结论。
Abstract:
In this paper, nonliear analysis of microwave mixer with single diode has been carried out using multiple reflection techniques. According to the junction current and junction voltage waveforms obtained from nonlinear analysis, the small signal conversion matrix of mixer has been formulaed, which is used for computation of conversion loss and noise figure of mixer. Both nonlinear and linear analysis are included in a program. With use of this program, parametric effects caused by nonlinear junction capacitance, to which the performance of mixer is related, have been studied. The results obtained with nonlinear analysis are compared with those obtained under excitation of sinusoidal local signal.
