摘要:
本文研究了适合于水下声成像用的多层结构PVDF-DMOS压电接收挟能器之方向特性。给出了两类典型的多层结构声传输模型,获得了它们的方向特性计算公式。并对PVDF换能器的声交叉耦合现象作了分析。通过实例证明了理论与实际的一致性。本文可供设计其它PVDF传感器件时参考。
Abstract:
This paper researchs the directivity of layered PVDF piezoelectric receiver transducer, which is applicable to underwater acoustical image. Two typical layered structure model of the sound transmission is presented. Their directivity pattern also is obtained. The interference phenomenon of PVDF transducer has been treated. The experimental example has proved good agreement with theory of this paper.
