摘要:
本文对电晕带电的聚丙烯驻极体制作中的电特性作了研究。实验表明正、负电晕极化的充电电流的变化规律是不同的。同时还发现在正电晕极化充电处理过的试样表面由于离子流的轰击产生了化学变化。这种化学变化的结果出现了一些可作为电荷俘获中心的物质。利用热刺激电流法和红外光谱分析可加以证实。这个特性的研究对驻极体带电机理有着重要关系。
Abstract:
The electrical characteristics in preparation process of corona charged polypropylene electret are discussed. The results of experiment show that the variation of charged current of positive and negative corona polarization are distinguishable, and it is also realized that, at film surface disposed by positive corona polarization, some chemical reactions being due to bombardment of ionic current take place. Such chemical reactions turn out to produce several substances served as change capturing centers. This outcome results from determination utilizing TSC (Thermally-Stimulated Current) and infrared analyzer methods. The experiments, described in tnis article, are particularly relevant to the question of electret charge mechanism.
