摘要:
作者采用归纳法获得了大断面结构钢的常规力学性能和断裂韧性间的一种新的关系式。为了验证其可靠性,作者进行了具有各种不同热处理状态下总数超过150个试件的K_{1c}测定工作。与此同时,新的关系式也由作者在诸如大型汽轮发电机转子、潜水艇尾轴、铁路车辆的车轮、轮箍等零件的运行中进行了工程验证。通过八年以上的工程实践,新公式被证实是可靠的。
Abstract:
Through the inductive method the author suggests a new relationship between fracture toughness and normal mechanical behavior of large section structure steel. For predicting the reliability, tests have been taken for more than 150 samples after various kinds of heat treatment. At the same time,the new formula has also been. ap.plied to industry, such as turboalternator rotor, tail shaft of submarine, locomotive boss etc. Through more than eight years running practice, it is proved that the new formula is reliable.
