摘要:
提出分析混合气体击穿过程的机理,并导出混合气体中的电离系数、击穿电压的理论公式。利用计算机作图打印出 He-Ar 混合气体的电离系数、击穿电压随 He-Ar 不同混合比变化的理论曲线。理论上计算得 He-Ar 混合比在0.1%左右时,潘宁效应最显著,击穿电压最低。推得的理论曲线与实验测量获得的曲线较好的符合。
Abstract:
In this paper,the mechanism of breakdown in mixture gases are discussed. The ionization coefficent and the formula for breakdown voltage are derived for a mixture of helium and argon. With computer aid we have plotted and printed the theoretical curves corresponding to the ionization coeffieent and breakdown voltages as a func- tion of the ratio argon pressure to total pressure. When the ratio of argon pressure to total pressure is about 0.1%,penning effect is lowest.The Theoretical curves better accord with measured experi- ment ones.
