摘要:
本文对有关积屑瘤稳定性的各种学说进行了剖析,通过试验研究与观察分析,得到如下初步认识: 1.积屑瘤是一种动态结构。切削大部分钢材,形成鼻形积屑瘤的情况下,积屑瘤的头部与金属本体间并不存在明显的分界。鳞剌的形成与积屑瘤密切相关,但鳞刺并非是积屑瘤大块撕离或脱落的碎片。 2.积屑瘤的存在具有一定的必然性,但其外形尺寸却具有一定的随机性。积屑瘤的基本部分保持着相对的稳定性,而其头部则因切削过程的动态特性而处于不稳定状态。 3.根据对积屑瘤稳定性规律的认识,就可按照实际需要,改变切削条件,达到控制积屑瘤的稳定性,使之有利于切削过程的改善与切削功效的提高。
Abstract:
Based on the analysis different theories about the stability of built-up edge in metal cutting, and on the research and observation, the following cognitions are resulted: 1. BUE is a dynamic structure. In cutting most kinds of steel, and in case of nose-style BUE occurance no obvious boundary exists between the head of BUE and the metal base. The formation of scale is closely connected with BUE, but the former is not the large piece torn off or dropped from BUE. 2. The existence of BUE is of definite certainty, with its shape and size formed at random. The basic part of BUE remains relatively stable, but its head is unstable because of the dynamic nature of metal cutting. 3. According to our cognitions to the law of the stability of BUE, We can control the stability of BUE through changing the cutting conditions if necessary that the cutting process may be improved to increase the cutting efficency.
