摘要:
本文讨论有限元法在航空显象管玻壳设计中应用,同时给出计算玻壳外形的公式。与传统的设计方法相比,它具有生产周期短、成本低的优点,通过玻壳的设计与制造其优点得到了证实。玻壳成品的引爆试验完全符合对壳体所作的理论分析。
Abstract:
This paper discusses the application of the finite element method to the design of the glass shell of aviation picture tube and gives the theoretical formulae for calculating the shell geometry.Comparing with the conventional design method,it possesses the advantages of the short time and low cost of the production.In order to verify these advantages,an aviation glass shell is designed and manufactured.Theoretical analysis coincides with the results of the UL test.
