摘要:
本文介绍用8039单片计算机设计的一种多功能袖珍测振仪。它测量精度高、功能强、体积小、价格低,适用于在现场进行检测和分析计算。该仪表使用了整周期采样法对振动信号进行采集;软件分时程序保证了采样数据没有累积误差。通过各种软硬件相结合的方法,实现了转速量程和振幅量程的自动切换。精心编制的程序完成了振动信号的频谱分析和动平衡计算。为了尽量减小仪表的功耗,使用了电源运放和各种 MOS器件。与传统的测振仪表相比,技术性能和指标有显著的提高。
Abstract:
This paper presents a design of a multifunction pocket vibration meter based on single-chip computer 8039.with high accuracy,multiple functions, small size and low price,the meter is suitable for scanning measurement and analysis of signals during machine operation.The full-period sampling is used in signal acquisition.The error accumulation of sampling data is eliminated by time-sharing programs.The amplitude range and the rotative velocity range are switched automaticly by combination of hardware and software.Frequency analysis of vibration signals and dynamic balance calculation are realized by meticulous prograrning.Operational amplifiers with single-power supply and MOS devices are used to reduce power dissipation.Compared with traditional vibration meters,the performance of this meter is improved significantly.
