摘要:
本文从机构几何约束方程出发,提出了确定由结构参数公差和运动副内间隙引起的连杆机构运动误差的一个解法,建立了连杆机构位置误差、速度误差和加速度误差的矩阵方程。这种解法能适用于复杂平面或空间连杆机构的误差分析,避开了现有输入输出位移关系或用线性方程组求解误差灵敏度系数的困难,且便于利用标准程序进行电算。最后,本文给出了二个例题来说明上逆方法的有效性,一个是复杂平面连杆机构,另一个是空间RCCC连杆机构。
Abstract:
Starting with the set of equations established by the identity conditions of the geometrical closure in a linkage, we put forward a method for determining the kinematic errors of the linkage due to tolerances in the structure parameters and clerances in the joints, and establish the matrix equations of position, velocity and acceleration errors. Theoretically, this method can be applied to any planar and spatial linkage; and the difficulties in solving the partial derivatives may be avoided by the input-output relationship or by the sets of linear equations. Moreover, these matrix-equations can be easily solved on computer by some standard programs. At last, two examples are given to illustrate the method above: one is a complex planar linkage, and the other is a spatial RCCC linkage.
