摘要:
采用扫描电子显微镜对粉煤燃烧时粒子的微结构进行研究,选取恰当的制样方法和合理的操作条件,获取清晰的粒子图象,对深入认识粉煤燃烧的机理,寻求改善燃烧效率的途径,建立合理的物理模型有着重要的意义。本文介绍了对烟煤,劣质烟煤和无烟煤等几种典型煤种燃烧后生成的飞灰进行电镜检查的结果,示出了典型的煤胞形态图象,指出由于煤种及燃烧工况不同,形成的粒子形态也各不相同,多孔空心煤胞及骨质状疏松结构煤胞愈多,则燃尽程度愈好。
Abstract:
A SEM investigation on the microtexture of pulverized coal particles formed during combustion has been carried out. Choosing proper operation condition and approach to preparation of ples, distinct pictures of particles have been obtained. It is important for deeply understanding the mechanism of pulverized coal combustion, looking for the way to improve combustion efficiency and setting up a proper physical model or combustion. The fly-ash formed during burning some typical type of coal, such as bituminous, low grade bituminous and anthracite, have been examined using SEM. Results of investigation and pictures of typical cenospheres are introduced in this paper. It is noted that the shape and the texture of particles are different with various coal type and combustion condition, burn-out of pulverized coal can be better approached when more hollow porous cenospheres and bone-black loosen cenospheres are formed.
