摘要:
<正> 随着现代雷达、通讯、导弹、航天等尖端科技的发展,对频率稳定度测量的要求愈来愈严格。本文在短期频率稳定度时畴表征值—阿仑方差基本理论的基础上研制一个阿仑方差测量的自动测试系统,以实现真正无间隙采样测量,提高阿仑方差的测量精度。
Abstract:
Deals with the automatic test system (ATS)of Allan variance. This design has following features: (1) Advanced circuits are used to realize continuous sampling really. (2) The ATS can acquire, process data and printeut the results. (3) The basic gate circuit and counter circuit consist of CTC in TP—801 single board computer, function of CTC is fully developed. (4)The sampling time con be set from 1 ms to 1s. (5) TheATS can also be used as a counter for testing frequency within a range: 10kHz to 30 MH_2.
