摘要:
将尺寸公差单位和公差等级系数作为加权系数,用线性加权法将多目标优化转化为单目标优化,建立了更为合理的确定平面连杆机构的最佳尺寸公差与运动副配合公差的数学模型,并用Churchill剃齿机工作台机构为例,说明本文的方法。
Abstract:
The tolerance units and tolerance grade coefficients being taken as weigh ting coefficients and then the optimization of multiple objectives being converted into that of single objective by weighting method, an appropriate mathematic model for determing the optimum tolerances in the structure parameters and the joints of planar linkages is established. The worktable mechanism in CHURCHILL shaving machine tool is given to illustrate the method in this paper.
