摘要:
用球面栅后加速透镜增加示波管的偏转灵敏度是一种常用的技术,但实际应用中不使用图形校正器则很难得到小的偏转非线性与光栅畸变。本文给出了非球面栅网后加速透镜的一种设计方法。仅采用后加速透镜本身就能得到最小的偏转非线性与光栅畸变。最小偏转象差的实现是使用了曲率处处改变的栅网。编制了快速的、优化设计的计算机辅助设计程序(CS—PDAⅡ)。对某些型号示波管的非球面栅网后加速透镜进行了设计与试验。实验结果与计算结果良好一致。
Abstract:
The use of aspherical mesh post-deflection acceleration (PDA) lenses to increase the deflection sensitivity of a CRT is a common design technique. For practical purposes it is very difficult to get small deflection non-linearity and rastor distortion without a pattern corrector. In this paper, we have given a method for designing aspherical mesh PDA lenses that would have minimum deflection non-linearity and rastor distortion using PDA lenses only. These minimum deflection aberrations are achieved by making the mesh curvature vary everywhere. A computer-aided design program (CS-PDAⅡ)has been developed to provide rapid and optimal design of those lenses. Aspherical mesh PDA lenses used in some CRTS have been designed, constructed and tested. The experimental results are in good agreement with the corresponding computer calculations.
