摘要:
本文提出了一种补偿梁式引线二极管寄生参量的方法。采用二极管按最佳的间距安装,用微带线作为调谐元件。这种方法使我们可以用K。波段(26.5—40GHz)的商品二极管工作在W波段(75—110GHz)。文中给出了设计方法和实验结果。
Abstract:
An approach to compensate the parasitic elements of beam lead diode is developed. The diodes are placed in an optimum distance and the microstrip is used as a tuned element. This allows us to use commercial PIN diodes designed for the Ka band (26.5-40GHz) on the W band (75-110GHz). The approach of design and the experimental result are also given in this paper.
