摘要:
本文论述了立式超速旋转试验台轴系设计的基本原则并对自行设计的模型试验台进行了理论分析和试验研究;提出了一种计算轴系临界转速的较简便的方法—一等效刚度法,并对转子的稳定性等若干问题进行了分析和研究。
Abstract:
Basic principles of designing a vertical axis spin-test rig are presented and some dynamics analyses about a model rig are given.An improved method—equivalent stiffness method for calculating the critical speeds of rotor bearing system is developed,which is more efficient than the transfer matrix method. The experimental results are a!so given,which coincide well with the analytic ones.
