摘要:
本文对日本盒式录音机的一种全自停机构作了研究。阐明这种包含摩擦副、具有两个输入件和两种输出状态的组合机构的功能和运动特点,进行了运动分析和力分析,对凸轮极限转速、响应时间、最小摩擦力矩和弹簧力的取值范围作了深入探讨,并提出按响应时间和最大加速度多目标优化设计的方法。
Abstract:
This paper investigates a full auto-sLop mechanism used in some kind of cassette tapereeorders made in.Japan.This mechnism contains a friction pair,two input members and two output ones.Its functional and kinematic characteristics are analysed.And the limit speed of the cam in the mecha- nism,the response time,the minimum friction torque and the range of spring force are discussed.An optimal design of this mechanism is presented to minimize the acceleration fluctuation and the response time.
