摘要:
本文介绍了二维轴对称煤粉气流火炬点火的试验和理论研究结果。点火源为氧—乙炔火炬。试验煤种为劣质烟煤、贫煤和无烟煤。结果表明,在用火炬引燃煤粉气流时,存在一个对应于最低煤粉浓度的最佳点燃流速,其值随煤粉气流初始温度的升高而增加。文中提出了二维轴对称煤粉气流火炬点火的理论模型,用“直线法”作了数值计算。计算值与试验结果符合较好。利用该模型,还预测了点火源温度、煤粉粒径以及煤中挥发份含量对煤粉气流火炬点火的影响。
Abstract:
The ignition of two-dimensional axisymmetrieal pulverized coal-air flow by oxygen-acetylene torch is investigated both experimentally and theoreti- cally.The low-grade bituminous coal,carbonaceous and anthracite coal are tested.Experimental results show that there is an optimum velocity corrc- sponding to the minimum fuel concentration at ignition and its value increases with the initial temperature of pulverized coal-air flow.An approximate mathematical model is proposed.Straight-line Method is used for the numerical calculation.Theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results.By using thing this model,the effects of the temperature of oxygen- acetylene torch,diameter of coal particle and quality of coal on ignition are predicted.
