摘要:
本文用谱域中的迦辽金方法分析了共面波导和共面条带结构的间隙电容,给出了几种不同结构尺寸间隙电容的数值结果。
Abstract:
This paper is to analyse the gap capacitance for shielded coplanar waveguide and coplanar strip. The formulation is based upon Galerkin’s method applied in the Fourier transform domain. Numerical results are presente for a number of different configurations.
