摘要:
本文利用矩阵代数技术推导了多层介质结构阻抗型、导纳型以及混合型谱域并矢Green函数的四种表达式,以便简化多层介质时谱域并矢Green函数冗长的推导过程。利用这种方法对多层介质基片微带线的准TEM特性进行了分析,特殊到单层时与有关文献的结果相吻合,并给出了若干组多层及非均匀介质时的理论结果。
Abstract:
Four expressions of Green’s function in spectrum domain are deduced for stratified media by matrix technique in this paper. The complicate deduction process of Green’s functions in spectrum domain is simplified by this method. Numerical examples for microstrip with stratified or inhomogenous substrates have verified the validity and simplicity of this technique.
