摘要:
本文讨论内屏式彩色投影管光学系统设计方法。首先分析该管的优点,其次用光学自动优化设计程序计算了带施米特校正板的折反射系统的各种象差,接着确定该系统的最佳光学结构和银幕上的中心分辨率和边缘分辨率,最后指出用几块不同曲率的施米特校正板来弥补生产中因封接距不准确带来的投距误差。
Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the methods of optics system design of color Schmidt projection tube. First, the advantages of this kind of tube are analysed. Secondly, using the optimum optics automatic design program, we calculate the different kinds of aberration of the refraction and reflection system with Schmidt correction plate. Next, the optimum optics structure and center or edge resolution on the screen is determined. Finally, the methods of using several Schmidt correction plates with different curvature to compensate the projection distance error caused by the inaccurate of the seal distance in the production are presented.
