摘要:
<正> 一般将沿锅炉汽鼓垂直直径的湿分分布曲线最大斜率处定义为实际水位,如图1所示。目前只能测定重量水位,重量水位低于实际水位。而云母水位计等的表计水位 H_m 又低于重量水位 H_g。
Abstract:
The sources of some kinds of errors in differential-pressure-type water level instrument are analysed.A simple and reliable balance container for steam and water is recommended to be used with microcomputer.A data- fitted formula with third-order polynomial is proposed which accounts for the pressure-temperature compensation,and reaches accuracy of 0.05%.The relia- bility and accuracy of the differential-pressure-type water level instrument with a microcomputer are higher than those of instruments of electrical-con- tact type,The measurement presented in this paper is suggested as a mea- surement standard of water level in boiler.
