摘要:
本文根据交通工程学原理,对近20座城市出入口道路交通调查观测资料进行了统计分析,对出入口干道的交通组成,交通量的时间分布和纵向分布,行车速度变化、纵横向干扰和交通环境等基本交通特性首次提出一些规律性的认识和变化模式。表明出入口干道具有明显的过渡性、集散性和方向不均性等特点,属多功能的短程干线,它既有别于公路,也不同于城市道路。这些特性的发现,对于进行出入口干道的规划、设计及管理等均具有较大的理论和现实意义。
Abstract:
According to the principles of traffic engineering,the authors have made statistical calculation and detailed analyses to the information of traffic survey of urban access roads in near twenty cities,and firstly gained some regular change models for the basic traffic characteristics of urban access arteries (traffic omposition,time and longitudinal distribution of traffic volume, variation of running speed of vehicles,longitudinal and transverse interfere- nce,traffic environment etc.).It is concluded that urban access arteries have the clear transition character,collecting——distributing nature and non uni- formity on two directions.Urban access arteries are the arteries of short distance which have various functions,and are different from both highways and urban roads. These characteristics discover have large theoretical and practical meanings for the planning,design and management of urban access arteries.
