摘要:
本文从窑体形式,围护结构、定向循环供汽系统等方面,探讨了水泥制品养护过程中的能耗情况及节能措施,并对窑内介质流速、进行测定和分析。对间歇作业隧道窑蒸养钢筋混凝土制品的热工计算、喷嘴设计给出说明。最后,对节能的蒸养窑研究成果作了简要介绍。
Abstract:
The energy comsumption and energy-saving measures of cement products during steam curing are approached from the aspects of the type of kiln,the enclosure structure of kiln,the system of steam providing in directed circula- tion technique,and the like.Also,the fluid rate of medium in the kiln are measured and analyzed.The practical examples of thermal calculation and the design of the spray tube are given for the tunnel kiln of intermittence work.Finally,the achievement of energy-saving curing kiln are briefly described.
