摘要:
磨削烧伤是机械制造领域中的重要问题之一。它影响机器零件寿命和机器设备运行的稳定性与可靠性,迄今尚无在生产条件下适用的解决办法。本文提出了通过磨削火花温度在线辨识磨削烧伤,研制了光纤一红外测温仪,对磨削火花温度形成机理,统计特性,数学模型、频谱特性进行了系统的研究。研究结果证明磨削火花温度系统不是白噪声,而是宽平稳随机过程,它和工件与砂轮接触面温度有较好的相似性,故可以用于磨削烧伤在线辨识。
Abstract:
The burn of ground surface layer which is related to the stability and reli- ability is one of the important problems in machine operation.However,there has not yet been a reasonable measure for this problem in on-line condition. This paper proposes a new idea of on-line identification of grinding burn via grinding sparks temperature.An opitical fibre-infrared measuring instru- ment has been developed,the mechanism of grinding sparks and its statistical properties,mathematical model as well as spectral analysis of the sparks temperature system are discussed.Results from investigation prove that the grinding sparks temperature system is not a white noise process but a statio- nary stochastieal one and has good similarity to the temperature for the inter- face of workpiece and grinding wheel.Therefore,one can use it to identify grinding burn in on-line conditions.
