摘要:
本文提出了磨削烧伤在线辨识的一种新方法,这种方法是基于磨削火花温度系统特征分析和特征量合理选择,然后按所选特征量聚类分布的特点,用势能函数,在自学习过程中形成判别函数。研究结果证明,在线辨识的理论与方法是合理的,在生产中应用的前景是乐观的。
Abstract:
This paper presents a new approach of on-line identification of the grinding burn.The approach proposed is based on the characteristic analysis and feature selection of grinding sparks temperature,Then,according to the beha- vior of clustering distribution of feature,a decision function of classification is generated during self-learning process via potential function.From investi- gation results prove that the theory and technique of on-line identification are reasonable and show a good prospect of application in production.
