摘要:
在全自动化生产系统中(如 FMS,CIMS),要求系统具有高度的可靠性,因而对刀具磨损的工况监视,就成为重要问题之一。本文从柔性制造系统的要求出发,阐明了刀具寿命可靠性和刀具磨损在线损监视的必要性,介绍了有关刀具磨损在线辨识的理论与方法,实验证明所提出的刀具磨损状态辨识的方法是适用的。
Abstract:
In fully automated manufacturing system (FMS,CIMS),machining relia- bility of high degree is required,therefore,the tool wear monitoring is of importance. Considering the requirements of Flexible Manufacturing system,this paper presents a brief but distinct description of the reliability of tool life and the necessity of tool wear monitoring.Then,the theory and technique of on-line identification of tool wear are introduced.Results from investigation prove that the method proposed is available to this purpose.
