摘要:
本文利用切削力及振动加速度作为特征信号,研究了车削细长轴时,切削过程由平稳切削状态逐渐进入失稳状态的过渡过程中,特征信号的变化,提出应用颤振特征频带方差或均方值可以有效地对颤振预兆进行识别。
Abstract:
This paper relates to a study of changes of characteristic signals via cutting force and vibration when the cutteng process is transitting from stable state to an unstable state in a slender shaft turning operation.Results from investigation prove that the variance and mean squares can be used as the characteristic value to identify the chatter omen.
