摘要:
本文基于对铝材进行各种条件下的压缩试验,用数学解析方法,把表面曲线视作时间序列的随机函数,借助于计算机数据处理技术来分析研究塑性变形表面的形态。通过实际测试获得了大量数据,有助于对变形表面建立物理模型和进行定量化的理论研究。试验中得到了载荷、变形度和摩擦力相互问的确切关系。文章客观地从摩擦学角度阐明了塑性变形表面的摩擦机理。
Abstract:
A series of compressive experiments on aluminium products are made in various conditions.On the basis of the experimental resuls the surface curve is regarded as a random function of time series by using the method of mathe- matical analysis,and the surface shape of plastic deformation is analyzed by the aid of data processing technique with computer.By means of measurement of examples a lot of data are obtained to establish a physical model and conduct the quantitative basic research for the deformed surface.The precise relation among the load,degree of deformation and friction is found on the experimental results.This paper objectively expounds the frictional mechanism of plastic deformed surface from the angle of tribology.
