摘要:
本文讨论了如何利用单片机实现自校正温度控制的问题,特别是对自校正控制在单片机上实现的可行性,以及算法的收敛速度、鲁棒性、抗干扰能力进行了详尽的分析和比较,给出了一种适合于单片机温度控制的简洁算法,成功地研制了单片机自校正控制仪表。实时控制结果表明:此温控仪能适用于外界因素等原因引起的模型参数变化的系统,温控效果明显优越于 PID 温控仪,为仪表的智能化做了有意义的尝试。
Abstract:
In the paper,how to fulfil an instrument for self-tuning temperature control based on a single-chip processor is discussed,especially the implementa- tion of a self-tuning control on a single-chip processor is analysed in detail as well as the convergent speed,robustness and antidisturbance of the algorithms. Then,a simple algorithm available to temperature control on the processor is given and self-tuning controller based is successfully constructed.The results of practical usage shows:its control performance is superior to the usual PID controller and especially when the parameters of the controlled system are unknown or varied significantly due to environment change.So this study is valuable for intelligenization of control instruments.
