摘要:
<正> 结合面参数识别问题是复杂系统(例如机床)的动态分析和优化的关键问题之一。文献用有限元方法结合系统识别法,就如何识别结合面参数进行了研究。但文献所用的方法,需要过多的测点数据,导致测量困难和测量误差。文献在凝聚过程中处理亦有不足之处。本文提出了一种新的无方法误差的凝聚方法,从系统的齐次运动方程出发,通过消元,导出凝聚后的运动方程,从而得到计算结合面参数的公式。
Abstract:
The order of structural dynamic equations which are set up by FEM is usually too high for identification of joint parameters.This paper presents a condensation method to lower the order.By means of elimination a set of lower order equations directly result from the homogeneous equations of free motion of a structure,the formulas for joint parameters are deduced,and as far as how to use these formulas the analyses are made.The deduction is strict and clear,and during the process no method error is introduced.The formulas are formally simple and conveniently programmable.The example shows that the method is of better accuracy and certain feasibility.
