摘要:
本文提出了植物染色体图象的一个自适应多元回归复原方法。选择染色体带边缘的某个邻域作为特征区域,经过滤波、分割和边缘提取得到特征区域的理想图象。根据模糊图象和估计的理想图象,利用多元回归分析设计滤波器,最后将滤波器应用于整幅图象完成图象的复原。实验结果表明:本文方法速度快,复原效果好。
Abstract:
An adaptive restoration approach for chromosome images is proposed in this paper. The bands of chromosome are selected as a characteristic subregion. The noise in the subregion is adaptively smoothed and the subregion is segmented, so that an estimation for ideal subimage is obtained. According to the degraded image and the ideal subimage, a filter is designed by using multiple regression analysis and then applied to restore the whole image. The experimental results show that the present algorithm is fast in computation and the approach effective in image restoration.
